1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
Website visitors
This website has no user accounts, no forms and no advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request.
Business contacts
If you email us, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message, and use them to reply and to keep a record of our correspondence.
Advertising account data
Our internal tools connect to advertising platforms through their official APIs and receive data about the ad accounts that our business owns or that their owners have authorized us to manage. This data is described in section 3.
3. Data from the Meta platform
"Snitch Cost Reporting" is an internal business tool. It is not offered to consumers and does not use Facebook Login. It is used only by our staff, through system users of our own Meta business portfolio, and only for ad accounts that our business owns or that their owners have shared with our business.
Through the Meta Marketing API we receive:
- ad account, campaign, ad set and ad identifiers, names, statuses, budgets and settings;
- aggregated performance metrics, such as spend, impressions, clicks and results;
- access tokens issued to our system users.
We do not request or store personal data of people who see or interact with ads. We use data from Meta only to report on and manage our own advertising, in line with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not sell this data, do not transfer it to data brokers or other advertising services, and do not use it to build profiles of individuals.
4. How we use information
- to report spend and performance of our advertising to our team;
- to create, edit, pause and optimize our own campaigns, ad sets and ads;
- to operate, maintain and secure our website and tools;
- to respond to enquiries and requests;
- to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
5. Legal bases
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests in running and securing our business, to take steps at your request or perform a contract with you, and to comply with legal obligations.
6. How we share information
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:
- with service providers that host or process it on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, database and productivity providers, under obligations to keep it confidential and secure and to use it only to provide their services to us;

We keep advertising performance data for as long as it is needed for reporting, accounting and legal purposes. Access tokens are revoked when they are no longer needed. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request.

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in other countries.
10. Your rights
